Delivery terms within Ukraine:

• Orders are placed after full or partial payment.
• Delivery in Ukraine is carried out by the Nova Poshta service to a branch or address. If you order from 10,000₴, delivery will be free.
• Calculate the average cost of delivery by Nova Poshta.
• The client pays the delivery cost upon receipt according to the carrier's tariffs.
• Orders are dispatched within 3-5 business days from the date of payment, subject to availability.
• After sending the order, you will receive a TTN (consignment note) number, which will help you track the parcel.

 

International delivery terms and conditions:

• International shipping is available only after full payment for the merchandise and shipping has been received. For orders of 20,000₴ or more, shipping is free;
• Shipping costs and delivery times depend on the recipient's country and the shipping service selected; the cost may also be affected by the weight and volume of the item;
• the full actual value of the goods is declared;
• Packages are not marked as "gift";
• All customs duties and taxes in the recipient country are paid by the buyer;
• In the event of a return, any customs duties incurred as a result of the return may be deducted from the refund amount.

Please note: the customs authorities of the receiving country may additionally charge taxes and fees in accordance with local laws. We have no influence on these decisions, so we recommend that you familiarize yourself with the customs regulations of your country in advance.

We are not responsible for the parcel that has already left the territory of Ukraine. If you have any questions or problems, please contact the hotline of the transportation company.

 

Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the customer's responsibility.

We declare the actual value of all orders and cannot mark shipments as gifts or undervalue merchandise for customs purposes.

 

Important for US clients:

Starting from August 29, 2025, all shipments to the United States are subject to duty, regardless of the value of the order. For goods of Ukrainian origin, a fixed duty rate of 10% applies.
