In order to sell and deliver the ordered goods to the Users, our online store "meristruss.com" asks the Users to provide personal data necessary for communication with the Users, delivery of the ordered goods and identification of the Users when paying for the goods. The online store "meristruss.com" undertakes not to transfer the Personal Data of Users to third parties. Users have the right to visit the pages of our online store "meristruss.com" without providing personal data until the moment of ordering the goods.

Administration of the online store "meristruss.com" takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User's personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, distortion, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties.

5. Other conditions.

5.1. The User may at any time change (update, supplement, delete) the personal information provided by him or her or part of it.

5.3. All disputes between the online store "meristruss.com"and the User regarding the violation of the terms of the Privacy Policy shall be resolved through negotiations, and in case of failure to reach an agreement, shall be referred to the court. Before filing a lawsuit with the court regarding disputes arising from the relationship between the User and the Site Administration, it is mandatory to file a claim (a written proposal for the voluntary settlement of the dispute). Within 10 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim, the recipient of the claim shall notify the claimant in writing of the results of the claim consideration.

The current legislation of Ukraine applies to this Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Site Administration.
