Exchange and return of goods are possible within 14 days from the date of purchase or receipt of the order.
It is also mandatory to preserve the presentation of the product and the integrity of all labels and tags. If the protective system is damaged or torn, the product cannot be exchanged or returned.
Refunds are made within 7 business days from the date the seller receives the goods and the completed physical return form (enclosed in the parcel).
Please note that refunds will be issued only after confirmation that all the requirements for returning the goods have been met. Otherwise, the refund cannot be processed.
The return of goods is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights".
All costs associated with the exchange and return are borne by the buyer. The exchange is carried out by the Nova Poshta delivery service.
The buyer may be denied an exchange or return of items under the following conditions: more than 14 days have passed since the purchase of the item; the item has signs of wear/damage/repair; the item is missing all the elements of the package (for example, a button on a shirt is missing).
